Launch my first paid game with 100 sales in its first month
The outcome, not the activity: a real store page, a real price, real buyers — not "work on the game."
Success criteria (falsifiable)
- Game is live on a store at a non-zero price by
2026-09-30. - 100 paid units sold within 30 days of launch.
- At least 500 wishlists on the store page before launch day.
On target_date I can look at the dashboard and say plainly whether each line hit.
Failure criteria
Marks this contested early: fewer than 150 wishlists by 2026-06-30, or the demo slips past July with no store page. Those are the signals it's drifting, not the final scoreboard.
Why this serves the vision
The vision is "solvent, prolific, rested," and the load-bearing condition is I can take a game all the way to paid, repeatedly. This goal is the first proof of that condition. It also serves principle:ship-before-its-ready — a real price forces a real ship date, which is exactly the discipline the principle protects.
