Aspirational: Who I Want to Become

The rule. When a deadline presses, protect the two weekly runs and 7+ hours of sleep the same way I protect a store-page date, not as the slack I spend first.
Why it appeals. It's partly borrowed: the version of this I actually envy is other solo devs who post "shipped and rested" instead of "shipped and wrecked," and I want that story more than I've earned it. The 2026-W09 weekly review found zero health evidence against two late nights and both runs skipped that same week. The honest read is that I fund this domain last, not first, and I want to be the kind of person who doesn't.
Promotion bar. Four consecutive weeks where area:health evidence shows the standard held (7+ hours most nights, both weekly runs kept), including at least one week that overlaps a real deadline the way 2026-W09 did. Graduates to principles/health/ only after that pattern, not after one good week.

None yet (nothing here has earned its evidence).
