Health — a standard to hold, not a goal to finish

An area (H2) is a domain with a standard you maintain forever — it has no finish line, which is what makes it an area and not a project or goal.

The standard

Rested enough to think clearly and ship for years. Concretely: most nights 7+ hours, movement most days, no treating exhaustion as a badge.

Why it serves the vision

The vision explicitly refuses "crunch as a lifestyle" and depends on sustaining the pace. A starved health area quietly betrays that — which is exactly the kind of drift the weekly coherence check is built to surface (and it does, this week — see the 2026-W09 review).
